Setup Guidelines
  • No vinyl, decals, or stickers on venue floors
  • Use painter's tape if floor taping needed
  • Do not drag equipment across floors
  • Avoid loud noises or flashing lights
  • Remove all property by 9:00 PM on Sept 18th

Presentation Guidelines

  • Duration: Strict 10-minute time limit
  • Format: Interactive presentation encouraged
  • Equipment: Wireless mic and director's chair provided
  • Slides: Email decks to sponsors@hftconnect.com by September 8th
  • Demo Testing: AV testing available during load-in
  • Strategy: Leave topics open for continued engagement

Shipping Information

Venue accepts shipments one week prior to event. Storage rate: $200 for the week.

  • Location: Unload outside Aqua room entrance

I-95 S → I-278 W → FDR Drive S → Exit 9 for 42nd St

From New Jersey:

Lincoln Tunnel → Dyer Ave → W 42nd St → 6th Ave → W 43rd St

From Long Island:

I-495 W → Queens Midtown Tunnel → E 37th St → 5th Ave → W 43rd St

Closest Stations:
